Instructions

    • 1

Measure the dimensions of the cabinet. Mark the dimensions on the selected location on the wall using a pencil and tape measure.

    • 2

Run a stud finder along the wall inside the marked area for the cabinet. Mark the location of the wall framing boards as indicated by the stud finder.

    • 3

Lift the cabinet into place with the assistance of a helper. Place the two T-jacks underneath the cabinet and adjust the height so that the jacks will support the cabinet in the correct place on the wall.

    • 4

Drive a screw through the bottom lip of the cabinet into the wall where the nearest stud to one corner is located. Place a level onto the vertical side of the cabinet. Adjust the cabinet until it is level.

    • 5

Place the level on the front face of the cabinet both vertically and horizontally. Insert shims behind the cabinet if the vertical and horizontal planes on the front face of the cabinet are not level. Once level, drive screws through the top and bottom lips of the cabinet at each stud location using flat head wood screws and a screw gun.

    • 6

Remove the T-jacks from underneath the cabinet.
