How to Burn a CD Directly From FLAC
When you want to burn an audio CD from your music on your computer you need to use a disc authoring tool that is compatible with your files. If you store your music in the FLAC file extension you will find general incompatibility with many disc burning applications. There is a small selection of programs that allow you to burn CDs directly from FLAC.

Burrrn (Freeware)

Download and install Burrrn (see Resources).

Launch Burrrn from the Start Menu.

Navigate to your FLAC files on your computer. Click and drag them into the Burrrn window.

Insert a blank CD into your disc burner.

Click "Burrrn."
dBpoweramp CD Writer (Shareware)

Download and install dBpoweramp CD Writer (see Resources). Download and install the dBpoweramp FLAC codec.

Launch the program from the Start Menu or Desktop icon.

Navigate to your FLAC files on your computer. Click and drag them into the dBpoweramp CD Writer window.

Insert a blank CD into your disc burner.

Click "Burn CD" on the taskbar.
Easy CD-DA Extractor (Shareware)

Download and install Easy CD-DA Extractor (see Resources).

Launch the program from the Start Menu.

Click "CD/DVD Creator." Locate your FLAC files in the browser at the top.

Click and drag your FLACs into the bottom window.

Insert a blank CD and click "Burn CD."
