How to Change the Customer ID in Quicken
With Quicken software, you have the option of allowing your bank and Quicken to connect using your online checking and savings accounts. To do this, you need to enter your bank Customer ID and your password into Quicken. If you have made a mistake and entered the wrong Customer ID information into Quicken, you may change it using the Tools menu in the Quicken program.

Open Quicken by double-clicking the Quicken icon on your desktop or selecting it from the Start Menu.

Select "Tools" and "One Step Summary" from the main menu.

Double-click your account name in Quicken to open it. Select "Overview."

Select "Change Online Services" located within the "Account Attributes" section of the "Overview." Click the button labeled "Remove from One Step Update." Click "OK" to save your changes.

Select "Change Online Services." Choose "Add to One Step Update."

Type in your correct Customer ID and password in the field provided. Follow the prompts provided to complete the registration.
