IRS form 1040-EZ is easy to use.

Internal Revenue Service form 1040-EZ is most commonly used by first-time tax filers. It is the simplest IRS form for individual tax filers, since only single filers and joint filers with no children can use it. Income limits apply, and you can only use this form if you are under 65 years of age and not blind. Its simplicity means many taxpayers can file form 1040-EZ without paying a tax preparer.
