Browse iPump's list of diabetes clinics to find free clinics in your area, then call local clinics to determine whether they currently need diabetes meters. If they do, arrange to drop yours. If you don't find a clinic in need, contact your doctor to find out whether he knows of additional local clinics that need diabetes supplies. Also check with local senior centers, since members may need supplies.

Search for local locations of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Call your local chapter and let someone know that you have spare glucose meters to donate. They'll find someone who can take your meters or advise you where to bring them for donation.

If you prefer, do a search for Medwish or Health Care Ministries. Wrap your meters in bubble wrap and send them to one of these organizations. They will sort the supplies and deliver them to a developing nation.
