How to Use an Ep2500 on Subwoofers

The Behringer EP2500 is a power amplifier designed for high-end home audio applications.       Turn the amplifier off. If any wires are connected to the speaker terminals, disconnect them by twisting the speaker terminals to the left until the wires are loose. Pull the wires out.

      Set the switches marked "6" and "7" on the rear panel to the right at "Bridge mode ON."

      Insert the speaker wire leading to your subwoofer's positive terminal into the speaker terminal marked "Bridged +." Tighten the terminal by twisting it to the right until it holds the speaker wire tightly.

      Insert the speaker wire leading to your subwoofer's negative terminal into the speaker terminal marked "Bridged -." Tighten the terminal by twisting it to the right until it holds the speaker wire tightly.

Tips & Warnings

  • Turn the power to the amplifier off when setting up the amplifier in bridged mode.
