  • New spark plugs
  • Spark plug socket
  • Socket wrench with extended arm
  • 1/2-inch socket

Instructions

      Raise the Pathfinder's hood and locate the battery. Remove the negative terminal to prevent any chance of shock.

      Remove the engine cover by removing the four mounting bolts using your 1/2-inch socket and wrench.

      Locate the spark plug wires and remove them using your hand. You can now access the spark plugs.

      Use the spark plug socket and wrench to remove the old spark plugs.

      Install the new spark plugs, tightening them into place with the socket wrench.

      Reattach the spark plug wires with your hands. Reattach the plastic engine cover using the 1/2-inch socket. Attach the negative terminal to the battery and lower the hood.
