How to Join the MLS in Las Vegas
The MLS or Multiple Listing Service, is a tool real estate professionals use to catalog homes currently on the market and those that have been listed and sold. It helps real estate professionals estimate the market value of homes they are assisting clients to sell or buy. The Las Vegas MLS is also used by home buyers to search available inventory. The Las Vegas MLS is governed by the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors or GLVAR.
