How to Import Bookmarks From Windows to an iPad

Save

The Apple iPad makes it easy to import bookmarks from your Windows-based computer. Though Apple is responsible for the Mac OS, the iPhone, iPad and iPods are also compatible with the Windows operating system. Use iTunes to sync bookmarks from your desktop's Safari Web browser or from Internet Explorer. Access bookmark settings from the "Info" pane of your iPad's sync page.

  • Open iTunes on your Windows computer.

  • Connect the iPad to the PC.

  • Select the iPad from the "Devices" section of iTunes.

  • Click the "Info" tab.

  • Scroll down the page to the "Advanced" section. Click to place a check mark in the box next to "Bookmarks."

  • Click the "Apply" button.
