How to Change Windows Theme Colors

Personalizing your Windows color scheme is a great way to make your computer look the way you want it to. A huge variety of themes and color schemes are available both within the Windows system and online, and you can further personalized them as you wish. Set the broad color scheme of the computer, or make individual changes to the task bar, the Start button and other parts of the desktop environment.

      Right-click on an empty space on your Desktop and click on "Personalize."

      Click on the "Window Color" icon. Click on the color you want to use, then adjust the opacity using the "Color intensity" slider.

      Click on the "Advanced appearance settings" button to specify colors for individual Windows elements. Choose an element from the "Item" drop-down menu, then set its color by clicking the "Color" menu. Click "Other Colors" to customize the color. Repeat for each element you want to change. Click "OK."
