How to Unlock a VoIP
VoIP, also known as Voice over Internet Protocol, is a general term for phone services over the Internet. Services that use VoIP technologies include Skype, Vonage, iChat and Google Talk. In some cases, countries, Internet Service Providers and networks established at workplaces and educational institutions restrict access to VoIP services due to their Internet accessibility guidelines. However, if you need to unlock a VoIP, you can use VPN, which is a virtual private network that enables you to unblock VoIP services regardless of the Internet restrictions with which you are dealing.
