Labelflash technology allows you to create custom DVD labels without using a special printer. With a Labelflesh drive and disc, you can burn the label you create directly onto the disc.

      Insert the Labelflash-compliant disc with the label side facing down into your DVD burner.

      Open Labelflash Index Maker. If you do not have it installed on your computer, go to the Labelflash website and download it for free.

      Go to the drop-down menu and pick one of the templates. You can insert images by clicking on the "Image" button and can add text by selecting "Text." Move around your image and text on the template until you have them positioned in a way you like.

      Select the label quality. The options are Draft, Normal, and High-Quality.

      Click the "Burn" button. The burn process may take up to 25 minutes, depending on the quality you selected and the images and text you used.

Tips & Warnings

  • Labelflash Index Maker only labels the disc. You will need to use your regular CD/DVD software to record data onto the disc.
