How to Submit a Prayer Card to a Church
For most religions, prayer is a staple of a relationship with God. There is disagreement about the interpretation of God and what He does and where and when prayer occurs. Christians often submit prayer requests to a church either over the phone, via a website or email, through social media or on a card at the church. During church services, prayer requests are submitted on a card.

Write the name and contact information on the prayer request card. If the prayer is for another person, only put the requester's contact information on the card.

Provide the name of the person needing prayer. Write this information on the card.

Document the prayer request. State specifically what is needed.

Place the prayer request card in the offering plate, in a drop-off box or give it directly to a member of the church. A group of people will receive the prayer card and begin praying for your needs.
