How to Reset the BIOS on an eMachines T3410

Resetting the BIOS on an eMachines T3410 computer involves reverting the BIOS back to its original factory default settings. These are the settings that were specified for your BIOS before you ever purchased the computer. The BIOS always remembers these original default settings, and you can reset your eMachines T3410 back to them at any time using the appropriate BIOS menu command.

Instructions

1. Press "Power" to turn on your eMachines T3410.

2. Press "F2" to access the BIOS on your eMachines T3410. This button needs to be pressed before your operating system loads.

3. Highlight "Load Optimized Defaults" and hit "Enter" on your keyboard. You will be prompted to confirm your selection -- press the "Y" button to do so.

4. Highlight "Save and Exit Setup" and hit "Enter" on your keyboard. This will reset your eMachines T3410 BIOS and then save those changes. Your computer will now reboot.
