Over time, grease, food residue and other common elements accumulate on your kitchen cupboards. When you take a step back and look at the cupboards, you may realize the unattractive glossy buildup left all over the surface of the wood.   • Dish soap
  • Oil soap
  • 3 cleaning rags

Instructions

    • 1

      Squirt 2 tbsp. of dish soap into your kitchen sink and fill the sink with about 1 gallon warm water.

      Dip a cleaning rag into the soapy water and wring out the rag.

      Wipe the rag over your kitchen cupboards, dipping the rag back into the soapy water after every few wipes and wringing the rag back out.

      Drain the water from your sink and select a new cleaning rag. Run the rag under plain warm water and wring it out.

      Wipe the damp rag over your cabinets to get rid of any leftover soap.

      Moisten a dry cleaning rag with a light layer of oil soap and rub the soap into your wooden cupboards. Leave behind an extremely thin layer of the film and allow it to air-dry.
