Mr. Coffee Cocomotion Directions


The Mr. Coffee Cocomotion heats milk or water and automatically mixes the cocoa powder, hot chocolate mix or chocolate syrup. After the 10-minute cycle, the cocoa drink is hot and ready for a topping of marshmallows or whipped cream. The 32-ounce capacity means that an entire family can have fresh hot chocolate at the same time.

Things You'll Need

  • Magnetic mixing disk
  • Milk, if desired
  • Cocomotion measuring scoop or tablespoon
  • Chocolate syrup, hot chocolate mix or cocoa powder
  • Lift the Cocomotion lid from the pitcher, and insert the magnetic mixing disk into the bottom.

  • Fill the pitcher with 32 ounces of the milk or water.

  • Add 4 measuring scoops (8 tablespoons) of syrup or hot chocolate mix if you added milk, but increase it to 7 scoops (14 tablespoons) if you filled the Cocomotion with water.

  • Replace the lid and turn it one-quarter turn until it locks in place.

  • Plug in the machine and press the "On" switch to activate the 10-minute heating and mixing cycle. The machine will automatically shut off at the end of the cycle.

  • Unplug the Cocomotion. Press down on the lid and turn one-quarter turn to open the pouring spout while leaving the lid locked. Pour the hot chocolate into mugs for serving.

  • Continue to twist the lid while pressing down to remove it.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can make smaller amounts of hot chocolate using smaller proportions of powder and milk or water.
