Valid form of identification
Go to the Pulaski County Clerk at 401 West Markham Street in Little Rock. The county clerk issues marriage licenses on Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Both you and your future spouse must be present when applying for a marriage license.
Take along a valid drivers license, passport or military I.D. to show proof of your identification. If you were previously divorced and your identification does not reflect the name change, you must provide a certified copy of the divorce decree.
Fill out the application form and pay the marriage license fee, which as of 2010 was $60. The Pulaski County Clerk only accepts cash as form of payment.
Get married within 60 days and return your license. If you do not marry within 60 days, you must return the unused license to the Pulaski County Clerk. If you do not return the license, the clerk will issue a bond for each applicant, which as of 2010 was $100.
