  • Visit the webpage that contains the audio you would like to save. Copy the URL or write it down and keep it nearby.

  • Visit a website that specializes in converting Flash into audio files. Popular choices are Media-Convert.com, Dirpy.com or Video2MP3.net. See the Resources section for the links to those sites.

  • Paste the URL of the webpage with the video (from step 1) into the entry field and hit the Enter key.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions and adjust file attributes, such as bit rate, duration and file type as indicated.

  • Click the Download button to begin saving the file to your computer.
