How to Put Titles in the Gray Area Box of Microsoft Excel

In Microsoft Excel, there are three types of headers: sheet headers, column headers, and group headers. Sheet headers, inserted using the toolbar, apply to the whole document; column headers appear in row 1 of each column, and group headers appear in row 1 of the group. If you want to add a header in the group, you can't just add a row above the group: that results in adding another row to the group.
