How to Use a Conference Call on TELUS Mobility

Conference calls are a common part of everyday life in the world of business. One of TELUS' basic services for their mobile customers is conference calling. Conference calling enables a caller to connect to two other parties simultaneously so that all three individuals can share the same phone conversation. TELUS makes it easy for customers to use conference calling on any mobile phone. A conference call can be set up during any regular phone conversation, which is convenient if you suddenly realize you need to bring a third person into the conversation.

Instructions

1. Call the first member of the conference call. Ask them to hold, then press "Send" or

   "Call."

2. Dial the number of the second conference member and press "Send." Press "Send" again once the second party answers.

3. Press "Send" to disconnect the second party.

4. Press "End" to disconnect from both parties.
