The H20 Mop utilises steam to clean floors and carpets. It is equipped with triangular shaped microfiber cloths for floor cleaning, which attach to the mop head by means of a drawstring. These microfiber cloths absorb dirt when the steam is turned on and the mop is pushed along the floor. The H20 Mop has a carpet glider to facilitate the cleaning of rugs and carpets. Instructions

  1. Cleaning the Microfiber Mop Head Covers

      Switch the H20 Mop off and remove the plug from the socket.

      Remove the microfiber mop head cover from the H20 Mop.

      Drop the microfiber cloth into your washing machine and wash it in hot water. Once dry, it can be used again. Do not use fabric softener when washing these microfiber cloths.

    Removing Limescale From the H20 Mop

      Switch off the H20 Mop and disconnect the plug.

      Allow the H20 Mop to cool down.

      Unscrew the mop head from the main body.

      Use a knitting needle to remove limescale from the steam outlet on the main body.

      Push the knitting needle further into the H20 Mop and move it up and down. This will loosen the limescale inside the boiler. Make sure all of the loosened limescale has been removed before reattaching the mop head.

    Using a Cleaning Solution to Remove Limescale From the H20 Mop

      Prepare a cleaning solution of white vinegar and water. The ratio should be one part vinegar to two parts water.

      Pour the cleaning solution into the water tank.

      Position the H20 Mop in such a way as steam is released into the air without damaging any surrounding furniture or surfaces.

      Plug the mop in, switch on and wait for the green indicator light to show it is ready for use.

      Press the trigger and allow the mop to use up all the solution in steam production. Repeat this step as many times as is necessary to achieve a full, normal steam flow.

    Preparing the H20 Mop for use After Limescale Removal

      Remove the H20 Mop's water tank..

      Rinse out the water tank and fill with fresh water.

      Reattach the water tank to the mop.

      Switch on the mop and allow it to heat up.

      Release steam until the fresh water is exhausted.

Tips & Warnings

  • Always vacuum flooring and carpets thoroughly before cleaning them with the H20 Mop.

  • When using the H20 Mop for the first time after limescale removal clean an inconspicuous area, just in case the loosened limescale has not been fully removed.

  • Remember the microfiber cleaning cloths are boiling hot immediately after use so be careful when removing them.
