How to Get a Logo to Appear on a PayPal Receipt
PayPal lets you send and receive money through email, a convenient tool whether you are purchasing a product from an online website or paying for a service rendered. You can add your company logo to receipts by logging into your account and creating a page style. The page style will be there every time you log in and want to send a receipt or invoice.

Go to paypal.com and click "Log In."

Enter your "Email Address" and "PayPal Password."

Select "Profile" from the "Account Overview" page.

Click "Custom Payment Pages" under the "Selling Preferences" heading.

Click "Add" to create a page style.

Enter your page style preference; this will include the name of your page style and the URL of your header. This will let you insert your company logo onto your invoice or receipt. The logo image must not exceed 750 pixels wide by 90 pixels high, otherwise it will be cut down to size. It should be a valid graphic image, such as a JPG, GIF, PNG or SWF.

Select a border color or background color.

Click "Preview" to preview the page style and "Save" to save it.
