Things You'll Need

  • Large pitcher

  • 2 cups medium-grind coffee

  • 3 1/2 cups room-temperature filtered water

  • Fine-mesh strainer

  • Coffee filter

Cold-brewed coffee is easy to make.

Coffee drinkers who find themselves doing the bitter coffee face may prefer cold-brew coffee instead of that traditional-brewed cup of joe. Because the grinds never come into contact with hot water, the cold-brew coffee has a much smoother, sweeter flavor. This recipe yields approximately 2 cups of cold-brewed coffee.
