How to Get YouTube on a Windows Based Phone
The Windows Mobile smart phone allows you to access many of the same features on your phone that you would on a computer. Many devices have the ability to surf the Internet, listen to music and play games. In addition, users can watch an array of videos by downloading the YouTube app.

Open the mobile web browser on your Windows Mobile phone and enter "m.google.com/you tube" in the address bar.

Select the option to download the application onto your phone.

Follow the prompts to install YouTube on your phone.

Locate theYouTube application from the application menu on your phone.
