How to Adjust Weights in the R7 Draw
TaylorMade revolutionized the golf equipment industry when it came out with the r7 Quad Driver in 2004. The r7 features an adjustable weight system, allowing golfers to easily change the center of gravity in the club head. Golfers can move the four weights around to promote either a draw or fade, as well as a high or low trajectory. The r7 driver has been used by multiple PGA Tour professionals, including Phil Mickelson. Adjusting the 24-gram weights is quick and convenient.
Instructions

1
Unscrew each of the four adjustable weights with the TaylorMade TLC torque wrench. Loosen the screws by turning them counterclockwise.
-
2
Screw the two heaviest weights into the slots closest to the heel of the club. This shifts the club's center of gravity toward the heel, making it easier to close the club face at impact.

Using the torque wrench, screw the lighter two weights into the slots closest to the toe of the club.

Tips & Warnings
Placing the two heaviest weights toward the heel is the most extreme option for promoting a draw. You can also place one heavier weight and one lighter weight toward the heel to produce a milder draw. Trajectory can also be adjusted by moving the two heaviest weights toward the front or back slots.
Avoid over-tightening the screws, as they may be difficult to remove if left untouched for a long period of time. Do not attempt to remove the screws with a tool other than the TaylorMade TLC torque wrench, or you may damage the grooves of the screw.
