The twin towers of the World Trade Center located in New York City were destroyed on September 11, 2001. The attacks took thousands of lives and left many families and friends without their loved ones, making it a horrific event in the history of the United States. In honor of the sacrifices made on that day, people often look for ways to remember the event and the lives it changed. One can even catch a glimpse of the past with the use of a five-dollar bill.

Step 5

Hold the bill up and observe it. On the bill, there appear to be two towers that resemble the World Trade Center Towers during the 9/11 attack.
