How to Refill Ink in Inkjet Cartridges for the Epson CX6600
The Epson CX6600 is a color inkjet printer that uses a black cartridge and three separate color cartridges for cyan, yellow and magenta ink. When the ink level in any of the cartridges gets low, ink can be added to the cartridge as an alternative to purchasing a new cartridge. The process for filling each cartridge is the same, with the exception being the color and amount of ink added.
Instructions

-
1
Set the cartridge on paper towels to absorb any ink spills.
-
2
Drill a hole at the top of the "H" on the word "Push" on the top label.
-
-
3
Drill a second hole above the first hole at the edge of the label. The second hole is needed so air can escape while ink is added.
-
4
Fill a syringe with the appropriate color and amount of ink. Color cartridges hold 10 ml of ink. Black cartridges hold 25 ml of ink.
-
5
Insert the needle of the syringe into the first hole that was drilled. Slowly inject the ink into the cartridge.
-
6
Replace the cartridge in the CX6600 printer. Allow the cartridge to rest for 24 hours before use so the ink can saturate the internal sponge.
