How to Make a "Cat Poop" Gag Dessert

If you are looking for a conversation piece to unveil at the next bring-your-own-dish party, then this cat-poop gag dessert is for you. It is also appropriate for Halloween parties.

Things You'll Need

• 1 box of spice-cake mix
• 1 box of yellow-cake mix
• 6 eggs
• Cooking oil
• 1 large box of vanilla instant-pudding mix
• 3 cups of milk
• 1 package of vanilla sandwich cookies
• 1 bag of miniature Tootsie Rolls
• Green food-coloring
• 1 unused cat-litter box
• 1 unused cat-litter scoop

1. Prepare the two boxes of cake mix according to the directions on the back of the boxes.

2. While the cakes are baking, prepare the pudding according to the directions on the back of the box. Once the pudding is prepared, set it aside in the refrigerator.

3. Crumble all of the vanilla cookies into a bowl. Add green food-coloring to a 1/4 cup of the crumbled cookies.

4. Once the cakes are done baking, let them cool for about 30 minutes before crumbling them in a large bowl.

5. Add the pudding and all of the crumbled cookies (including the ones with the food coloring) into the large bowl that contains the crumbled cakes. Stir the ingredients together.

6. Wash and dry the trash bag and the cat-litter box thoroughly, then pour the contents of the large bowl into a trash bag-lined cat litter box.

7. Heat three miniature Tootsie Rolls up at a time in the microwave for 10 seconds. Stretch out the heated candies to make them look realistic. Place the heated Tootsie Rolls on top of and inside the cake, and add as many as you desire.

8. Serve the cake with an unused and washed cat-litter scoop.

Tips & Warnings

• Serve the dessert slightly chilled if preferred.

• Be generous when adding the Tootsie Rolls.

• Don't leave the finished dessert around your cats while you're away of the room.
