How to Cancel Print Jobs in Vista

Whenever you create a new print job in Vista, it automatically gets sent to a queue where it waits for its turn to be printed. Print jobs waiting in the queue are printed in the order of their creation. It is not uncommon for someone to accidentally queue an item to be printed. Canceling an unwanted print job before it gets printed will save a person expensive paper and ink. A print job can be canceled at any time as long as it's still in the queue.
