Things You'll Need

  • 1 pound ground chicken white meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Large skillet
  • Spatula
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato slices

Instructions

      Combine all the ingredients except the buns, lettuce and tomato in a large bowl. Use your hands to incorporate.

      Form four patties and place on a medium-high heated skillet with olive oil.

      Cook for five to seven minutes or until slightly brown. Flip over with spatula and cook on the other side for five to seven minutes.
