How to Charge a Sony DSC-W150

The Sony DSC-W150 Cyber-shot digital camera receives power from a rechargeable lithium ion battery pack. The only way to charge the battery pack is outside of the camera in a cordless BS-CSGB battery charger. The charger plugs directly into an electrical socket. It a charging light indicator that alerts you when the battery pack has reached a standard charge after four and a half hours or a full charge after an additional hour of charging.

      Turn off the Sony DSC-W150 Cyber-shot digital camera.

      Position the camera with the back facing you. Flip the camera. The bottom should be pointing up.

      Place your thumb or finger on the "Battery/Memory Stick Duo" cover and slide the cover to the side of the camera to unlock it. Flip open the cover.

      Slide the "Battery Eject" lever to eject the battery pack from the battery pack compartment. Remove the pack from the camera. Slide the pack into the battery charger.

      Plug the charger into an electrical socket. Wait for the charging light to turn off or wait an additional hour for a full charge. Unplug the charger from the socket.

      Remove the battery pack from the charger. Reinsert it into the battery pack compartment until it fits securely in place. Close the compartment cover.
