How to Install an HDTV Home Theater Cable
HDTV sets connect to a home theater system to expand the audio capabilities of the source signal, such as cable or satellite TV, or a Blu-ray player. This connection typically involves a home theater receiver, which accepts the audio and video inputs from the source signal. The receiver then distributes the audio signal to a connected surround sound speaker package and the video signal to the HDTV. Since home theater supplies the audio in this setup, only a video cable is needed to hook up the HDTV. Does this Spark an idea?
