Outlook 2007 Web Access Won't Open Email on a Mobile Device

Enable Outlook Web Access logon page

A web client that allows outside access to work emails, Outlook 2007 Web Access provides work email access while at home or traveling. Alternatively, use Outlook 2007 Web Access to access work email from a mobile device. To access work email, enable it through the Outlook Web Access (OWA) login page using the Exchange Management Console. Only a user with administrative rights to the Exchange Service can perform this function.

Instructions

1. Use an administrative computer to launch "Exchange Management Console." Find this under "Microsoft Exchange" folder under "All Programs" in the Start menu.

2. Click "Server Configuration" and select 'Client Access."

3. Click "OWA." Right-click and select "Properties."

4. Click the tab that says "Authentication."

5. Choose the option "User Principal Name." Click "OK" to end task.

6. Navigate to the company's provided mail access site and log-on from your mobile phone using your standard company log-on and password.
