How to Import Shared Files to Playlists in iTunes
As of 2010, versions of iTunes include a feature that allows you, if you are on a shared iTunes network, to import shared songs into your personal iTunes music library. All iTunes users on the shared network must enable the iTunes authorization option and the Home Sharing feature in order to import shared music from one computer to another. After enabling these features, you can easily import shared songs into your personal library and create a new playlist.
