How to Use a Jensen JR400 to Turn On a JVC Television

Locate the four-digit code for your TV. For a JVC TV, your code is 0053.

Turn on your TV; this has to be done manually.

Press down and release the "Mode" key on the remote. The red light should blink once.

Press and hold down the "Setup" key until the light blinks twice.

Release the "Setup" key.

Enter 0053.

Press "Power." The TV should turn off. If it turns off, you have successfully programmed your remote.
