How to Install Custom Backgrounds in Microsoft 2003 Servers
Custom background images are commonly used on Windows 2003 servers for administration purposes. A custom background image is called "wallpaper" on a Windows computer. Setting up a custom wallpaper image in a Windows 2003 server is similar to setting up wallpaper on a regular client machine. The settings are configured in the Group Policy Editor. The Group Policy locks down the wallpaper changes, so the settings persist for each user who uses the server.
