How to Move User Profiles From One Terminal Server to Another
Terminal Server is an application that lets network administrators remotely control and manage computers. Since you save your profile to the server, you don't need to set up the connection each time you use the software. You can transfer your profiles from one computer to another by simply copying the files to a mapped network drive. This is a convenient way to keep your settings if the Terminal Server configurations change.

Type the location of the new computer's shared drive. For instance, if the new computer's name is "computer," and the drive to which you want to copy the profiles is "C," enter "\\computer\c" into the text box.

Type "*.rdp" into the search text box and press "Enter." Terminal Server profile files have the RDP file extension. This search finds all the profiles on the computer and displays them in a details window.

Click the RDP files found on the computer. Right-click the files and select "Copy." Right-click the newly mapped network drive in your other Explorer window and select "Paste." This copies your files from the old Terminal Server computer to the new computer.
