How to Paint a Puppy Face for Halloween
It is much safer for a child to wear makeup instead of a mask at Halloween. Makeup will not interfere with his vision. Also, if many children are wearing the same mask it can become difficult to tell which one is yours. Puppies are very popular costumes for young children, and puppy face paint allows for a lot of variety and creativity. The painted-on mask starts with a basic foundation.
