How to Change Mouse Keys
The mouse is a device that allows you to perform almost any task on a computer by using just two keys, or buttons (though some mice have more than two). The left button is the main button, letting you click to select or activate objects; the right-mouse button opens context menus. You can change the way the keys on a mouse work by using the Windows 7/Windows Vista Ease of Access Center. Changing the mouse keys will cause the left-mouse key to function like the right-mouse key and vice versa.
