      Go to "Start," "Programs" and click "Microsoft Outlook 2003" or double-click your Microsoft Outlook 2003 icon on your Desktop.

      Select "Share My Calendar" and click "Default" in the "Name" box.

      Select the appropriate permissions for your calendar in the "Permission Level" list.
