How to Share Outlooks Calendar Office 2003 on a Local Network

The feature is made available to local networks running the Microsoft Exchange Server.

Instructions

1. Go to "Start," "Programs" and click "Microsoft Outlook 2003" or double-click your Microsoft Outlook 2003 icon on your Desktop.

2. Look in the left navigation pane and click "Calendar."

3. Select "Share My Calendar" and click "Default" in the "Name" box.

4. Select the appropriate permissions for your calendar in the "Permission Level" list.
