How to Create SWF For Free
All web animation files that are exported from the Adobe Flash Professional program are stored in the SWF format. But although the format is native to Adobe Flash Professional, you do not have to necessarily invest in the program to generate SWF files. If you can gain access to a digital video or animation file, you can reformat the media as an SWF file with a free file-conversion application. SUPER and iWisoft Free Video Converter are two examples of freeware that users can download and install to create SWF files. Meanwhile, Media Convert is a free-to-use web service that can encode SWF files entirely online.
