Creative Labs' "Live!" Webcam series has an original setup optimized for Windows XP. Typicall, the webcam comes with drivers that may work with Vista. If you want to get your webcam to work with Vista, you must download the drivers from Creative Labs' website.

Download the the Webcam Live driver from the Creative Labs site.

Save your file to the location of your choice.

Double-click the downloaded file.

Click "Yes" when you get to the software agreement.

Click "Next" and wait for the extraction to finish. Click "Next" again. This application sets up the software drivers.

Click "Install" if you get a dialog asking if you're sure you want to install the driver.
