How to Use Clairol Shine Happy
Clairol Shine Happy is a product that infuses your hair with shine for up to 4 weeks. The product works on all types and hair colors. The manufacturer recommends waiting 4 to 6 weeks in between color treatments before using Clairol Shine Happy. However, you can use this treatment once a month if you don't color your hair. Take your time when applying this treatment and open the windows to keep the room well ventilated. Does this Spark an idea?

Avoid washing your hair. Clairol recommends that you don't shampoo or condition your hair for at least 24 hours prior to the treatment.

Wear the plastic gloves provided in the package. Open the container and apply the Shine Happy product directly to your dry hair. Massage the mixture throughout the hair and scalp, until the entire tube is empty. Saturate the ends of your hair as well.

Put a shower cap on and allow the product to absorb into your hair for 10 minutes. Take your gloves off and wash your hands. There should be a cap inside the box, but you can also use a regular shower cap as well.

Rinse your hair with water, but do not shampoo yet. Allow your hair to air dry.

Wait one more day before shampooing or styling your hair. The product claims to make your hair more shiny and manageable. The shine will start to dissipate as you wash your hair over the next few weeks.

Tips & Warnings
Never use this product on your eyebrows or eye lashes and avoid all contact with your eyes.
Avoid using this product on henna dyed hair because it could possibly change the color. Henna is a natural hair dye.
This product has a strong smell that is similar to hair dye. Avoid using this product around children or babies.
