2. Click the "Send Money" tab located at the top of the PayPal window.

3. Type the e-mail address to which you want to send payment and the amount of money you want to send.

4. Click "Continue." Review details of the payment and click "Send Money" to complete the payment. Payments are sent instantaneously, and the funds are automatically deducted from your PayPal bank account.

1. Open the web browser on your computer and find the item you would like to purchase. Look for the PayPal logo to find a merchant that accepts PayPal.

2. Check out through the Web merchant's shopping cart. Select "PayPal" as your payment method. The merchant's web site will ask you to log on to your PayPal account. Enter your PayPal e-mail address and password and press "Continue."

2. Click the "Products and Services" tab. Select the "PayPal Debit Card" and enter the requested information to apply for your card. The PayPal debit card is free of charge. However, you need to have an PayPal Premier or Business account that has been active for 60 days.

3. Wait for your PayPal card to come in the mail. When your card arrives, use the card at any on- or offline merchant that accepts MasterCard. The funds for your purchase are automatically withdrawn from your PayPal bank account.
