How to Add a Bar to a Maclaren Stroller

Unfold your Maclaren stroller. The majority of the newer-model Maclaren stroller buggies and pushchairs, as well as some older models, are made to fit with the universal bar attachment. According to the Maclaren website, there are additional attachments that need to be used with the bumper bar on the Volo, Triumph and Quest strollers.

Insert one side of the Maclaren Universal Bumper Bar into one of the openings in the front of the stroller. The opening will be on the edge of the child's seat about level with the child's chest or belly area. Push the one side of the bar in until you hear a click.

Insert the other side of the Maclaren Universal Bumper Bar into the other opening, which will be located directly across the seat from the first.
