How to Use the Bun & Thigh Roller

The Bun and Thigh Roller is a piece of exercise equipment used to target the large muscle groups of the hips, buttocks and legs. Mostly advertised on TV, the Bun and Thigh Roller states that in just 5 minutes a day, an individual can firm and tone five muscle groups: glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, inner thighs (adductors) and outer thighs (abductors). According the their website, this piece of equipment is "as easy to use as a rocking chair."

Instructions

      Place either one or two of the resistance bands on the resistance bars of the Bun and Thigh Roller. It is best to start with one if you are not accustomed to exercising.

      Sit on the floor with your back against the back pad of the Bun and Thigh Roller.

      Plant your feet firmly on the floor, hip-width apart.

      Grasp the handles located on either side of the back rest. These handles are located at the end closest to your hips.

      Press into your feet and lean back until your legs are almost straight.

      Lower back down until your buttocks almost touch the floor, and then push back up. Use slow, controlled motions.

      Repeat for 5 minutes. Increase resistance as necessary.
