Erase ATI Catalyst from your hard drive.

Used to control and configure an ATI graphics card, the ATI Catalyst provides a control panel for modifying several performance- and quality-related settings. Occasionally, an error can occur within the Catalyst that can prevent some of the configuration settings from saving. In other cases, a problem can prevent the control panel from working at all. If you are trying to repair a problem or if you are installing a different brand of graphics card, you can uninstall the ATI Catalyst from within the Windows Control Panel. Optimally, you should uninstall while your computer is in safe mode to ensure proper removal.
