How to See What Norton Key Is Installed

Norton is a brand of utility software developed and sold by Symantec. Norton products include Norton AntiVirus, Norton Utilities, Norton 360 and Norton Ghost. Like most software, Norton programs require a product key during installation. Part of the installation process for Norton products includes registering on the My Norton Account website. Once registration is completed, this site is used to find Norton product keys for software that is installed on a computer.

Instructions

1. Open an Internet browser. Navigate to the My Norton Account website using the link in Resources.

2. Click the "Sign In" button on the page that appears. Enter the email address and password used to register the Norton account. Click the "Sign In" button.

3. Click the arrow next to the name of the Norton product you are looking for. Read the list that appears to find the product key for the software.

Tips & Warnings

• The My Norton Account website is useful for reinstalling Norton products on your computer. You can download the product and install it without CDs or other media.
