How to Restore a SATA Driver

SATA drivers promote the communication of your SATA hard drive and your computer's software. If your computer is reformatted and your drivers are lost, you can restore the driver as long as you have created a backup of your system image. Use the Backup and Restore Center included with your operating system to complete data-recovery processes for your computer. Make sure you restore the drivers to the original location to ensure their proper function.
