How to Dress With Men's Jeans for the Office
As office dress becomes more casual in the workplace, the question remains which offices allow you to wear jeans and what types of jeans are allowed. When dressing in men's jeans for the office, you want to fit in with your company's corporate culture and not jeopardize your opportunity for advancement. Go to the human resources office. Ask for a copy of the employee handbook. Review the jean policy to determine which type is acceptable.

Remove a pair of jeans from your closet. Find a pair that has no rips or tears.

Set up the ironing board. Heat your iron. Run the iron over the jeans. Press a pleat if this type is required.

Put the jeans on. Place a set of keys in your pocket. Go to the mirror.

Examine the fit in your mirror. Remove jeans if they are tight to show the outline of your keys. Look at the back in the mirror. Remove jeans if they slide off your posterior. Keep jeans on if they fit well.
